We want you to feel complete confidence in every piece you purchase from AURA. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments with original tags and security ribbons intact within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Sign in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the delivered order and click Request Return.
3. Choose the items, state the reason, and submit. You will receive an instant prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once received at our fulfillment center, your return will be inspected within 48 business hours. Refunds are credited immediately back to your original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal) and appear on your statement within 3 to 5 banking days.
